A song about thoughtful, heartfelt songwriting and the cost of losing yourself in music, with no choice but to follow it.

BURNT FROZEN once thought he was still living in 1986.
Today, his music moves far beyond that moment in time.

What began with nostalgic influences has evolved into something much less confined. Since re-emerging in 2022, BURNT FROZEN has gradually left strict genre boundaries behind, developing a sound that blends melancholic songwriting, atmospheric production and timeless melodies.

Music entered his life early. At six or seven he began playing accordion, later experimenting with piano. At ten he attended a music secondary school, where he studied flute, sang in choirs and played various mallet percussion instruments.

Then came a long FROZEN period — more than three decades without making music himself. Instead, he listened. Intensely. Thousands of concerts, countless vinyl records and CDs, quietly absorbing sounds, moods and stories.

When BURNT finally unfroze in 2022, all those influences resurfaced.

Today his songs are driven by melancholic atmosphere, thoughtful songwriting and expressive vocals. Warm guitar riffs, subtle keys and carefully shaped soundscapes create a dreamy yet grounded sonic world. His deep, charismatic voice carries the emotional weight of the songs, balancing vulnerability with quiet strength.

BURNT FROZEN writes music that feels both reflective and immediate — songs shaped by decades of listening, finally finding their own voice.
